Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your use of the Codex Packaging website and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Codex Packaging reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Copying or republishing any content is strictly prohibited. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you possess all necessary copyrights or permissions for the content included.

Customer-Submitted Content & Artwork

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content (images, text, graphics) you incorporate into your products.
Quality: Artwork should be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum of 300 DPI. Codex Packaging is not responsible for color shifts from RGB to CMYK or pixelated prints due to low-quality customer files.
Proofing: Every job requires customer approval of the final digital proof. Once you approve the proof, Codex Packaging is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, or design placement.

Order Cancellation

Before Design/Production: Orders canceled before the design process begins will incur a small processing fee ($15 + 5%).
In Production: Once an order moves to the production stage, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover materials and labor.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Codex Packaging offers reliable shipping options to ensure timely delivery:

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days after production is complete and proofs are approved.
Priority Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 8 business days of final proof approval.
Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 6 business days or less after final proof approval.
Note: We are not liable for delays caused by 3rd-party carriers, customs, or extreme weather conditions. All orders include a tracking number.

Returns and Refund Policy

At Codex Packaging, we specialize in custom-made products.

Return: Codex Packaging offer a 71 days return window for products with manufacturing defects or transit damage. Returns may be accepted under certain conditions with prior approval. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and additional fees may apply.
Inspection Period: Please inspect your order within 3 business days of delivery. Any defects or missing items must be reported within this timeframe for a free reprint or replacement.
Restocking Fee: For any returns (where applicable), a restocking fee of 15% to 30% will apply.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 35 business days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect by our team.

Production & Industry Standards

Color Variation: Minor color differences of up to ±5% are normal in the printing industry due to ink batches and material types.
Quantity Variation: For bulk orders, the delivered quantity may vary by ±5% from the ordered amount. This is a standard industry practice.
Materials: Standard materials are not food-grade unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing before the order is placed.

Limitation of Liability

Codex Packaging and its affiliates will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or delays in production and shipping. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
