You are solely responsible for the use of any content—such as text, images, graphics, or other materials—that you upload or include in your packaging or printed products.You agree not to use any copyrighted material, trademark, logo, or intellectual property belonging to a third party without their explicit permission.By placing an order with CodexPackaging.com, you warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use any materials you submit and that your order does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.You authorize CodexPackaging.com to produce and deliver your custom products using your submitted designs and content.

Customer-Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for the files, artwork, and materials you upload to the website. You agree not to upload any unlawful, obscene, or infringing content.
 CodexPackaging.com does not review or control the content submitted by users and is not liable for any offensive or inappropriate materials that may be uploaded.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities conducted under your account. By placing an order, you grant CodexPackaging.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and display your submitted content solely for production and promotional purposes related to your order.

Design Files

All design files provided by CodexPackaging.com are in 72 DPI (low resolution) format.
If you require high-resolution (300 DPI) design files, please contact sales@codexpackaging.com for a custom quote.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images should be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.CodexPackaging.com is not responsible for color shifts that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK or for pixelated or blurry results caused by low-resolution artwork provided by the customer.

Proofing and Approval

All print orders require final customer approval of design proofs and specification sheets before production. Proofs will be sent via email for confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including layout, spelling, and colors. Once approved, production will begin, and CodexPackaging.com will not be responsible for any subsequent errors or omissions. Screen proofs are intended to show layout and placement only and are not accurate for color representation. While CodexPackaging.com strives to match colors as closely as possible, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Materials Disclaimer

Please note that our packaging materials are not food-grade unless otherwise stated in writing. If you require food-safe packaging, please notify us before placing your order. The customer is responsible for confirming and approving the final layout prior to printing.

CodexPackaging.com is not liable for errors caused by:

• Incorrect font usage
• Spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
• Wrong die cuts, folds, or dimensions
• Graphics placement or alignment
• Color inconsistencies

If color precision is critical, customers must request a hardcopy proof before full production.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and defend CodexPackaging.com, its partners, licensors, directors, and employees against any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from:

1. Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The use of any text, image, or design you provided that infringes upon third-party rights.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before the production or shipping process begins.
 Different cancellation stages involve specific fees:

1. Before design revision: $15 + 5% of the total order amount.
2. After design revision but before production: 20% of the total order amount.
3. After production begins: 50% cancellation fee (cancellation not guaranteed).
4. After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.

Design-only services are non-refundable once initiated.

Reprints and Returns

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify CodexPackaging.com within 2 business days of delivery. You must return at least 99% of the order within 7 days for inspection and possible reprinting.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

CodexPackaging.com offers the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (Not Guaranteed): 10–14 business days after approval (free within mainland U.S.)
• Priority Shipping (Guaranteed): Within 8 business days of final approval
• Express Shipping (Guaranteed): Within 6 business days of final approval

We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, weather, courier delays, or customs. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Customers must inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 2 business days. CodexPackaging.com is not liable for shipping errors, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the website.

Limitation of Liability

CodexPackaging.com and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from use of the Site or services. In no event shall CodexPackaging.com be liable for misuse or unauthorized access to the Site.

Production & Order Terms

Color Variation

Minor color variations of ±5% are standard in printing due to material and ink differences.

Quantity Variation

Bulk orders may have a quantity variation of ±5%, which is considered acceptable industry practice.

Production Timeline

Large or custom orders may experience delivery variations of ±10–20 business days due to production or shipping factors.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for products in unused condition within 80 days of delivery.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 15–40% restocking fee depending on the product type.
Refunds are processed within 15–65 days after returned items are received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Since we produce custom-made packaging, refunds are only issued if the product is defective or not as per your approved specifications. If an issue occurs, contact us at support@codexpackaging.com within 2 business days.
If the error is ours, we’ll offer a free reprint. If the error is due to customer-provided files, a partial refund may be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.
Chargebacks are not accepted.
